Forex, gold, indices and other leveraged products carry a high level of risk. Prices can move fast and against you, and you can lose some or all of the money you trade with. Leverage makes both gains and losses bigger.

3. Past results don't predict future results
Win rates, pips, take-profit hit rates, equity curves, leaderboards and results histories all describe what happened before. They are not a forecast.
Our statistics can be incomplete. They can also be corrected after reconciliation, or be affected by recording errors. Some are based on small samples.
4. Your trades are your decisions
You alone decide whether to act on a signal, when you enter and exit, and how much you risk. You also choose your leverage, your broker and your account type.
Do your own research. Think about getting independent advice from a qualified adviser before you trade.
5. Tap to Trade places real orders
Tap to Trade is included with Edge. When you tap, it places a real order on your own linked trading account.
You set your own lot size and risk. The smallest trade size your broker allows can mean a higher risk than the percentage you chose. We show you this before you save.
6. Data, automation and AI can be wrong
Prices, charts and calendars come from third parties, and they can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Ask AI, the AI reviews, the briefing and Aegis are automated systems. They can misread data or give an answer that is simply wrong.
Nothing automated is an instruction to trade. Always check prices and levels on your own trading platform first.
Aegis figures are estimates. Your prop firm's own rules and records always take priority.
7. The service can be interrupted
We don't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free. Signals, alerts and notifications can occasionally be late or missed for technical reasons. Features can change, pause or be withdrawn.
8. Third parties
Some of the services involved are run by other companies and are outside our control. They include:

9. Payments
Your service starts as soon as your payment goes through. You can cancel any time in Manage plan. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. There are no partial refunds, and lifetime plans are not refundable.
10. Our liability
As far as the law allows, AshMarkets accepts no liability for trading losses, lost profits, or any other loss that comes from using our service, content, automation or data. Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Changes to this notice
This notice has a version number (v1). If it changes in a meaningful way, you'll be asked to read and accept the new version before you carry on.
