We receive compensation via the broker directly — there are no direct subscription fees charged to you for signal access. Any broker-specific fees, spreads, or commissions are subject to your broker's own terms and conditions.

7. No Guarantees

AshMarkets makes no guarantees regarding the profitability of any signal, strategy, or trading outcome. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk of loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

AshMarkets shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed signals, technical failures, broker issues, or any other financial losses arising from use of our service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the preceding 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property

All signals, content, and materials published by AshMarkets are our intellectual property. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish our signals without explicit written permission.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of our signals. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via Telegram.

11. Modifications

12. Governing Law
